If you get just one book about Helsinki (World Design capital 2012) this year, this one could be the one. It exists in english too and features good people. Like Aamu & Johan of Company. And Hanna Konola. And Tuula Pöyhönen of Onni. And the set designer of many Aki Kaurismäki films, Markku Pätilä! Oh he has a wonderful looking home.

This is my deadline week. It's very sunny. I'm once again thinking about a haircut, growing your hair back is hard work. I could have a Karen O hair in between?

Aa, tuossa kirjassa on siis Pätilän koti. Pitääpä käydä kirjakaupassa katsomassa.
Ens kesänä ois kyllä paljon mielenkiintoisia keikkoja, erityisesti Flow kuulostaa tänä vuonna tosi houkuttelevalta.
Lueskelin vasta RAW: ta ja tykkäsin älyttömästi just noista mainitsemistasi taitelijoista tai siis heidän töistään.
Mä pätkäsin tukkani. Meni hermot, mutta silleen maltillisesti. Polkka.
Kiitos vielä suloisesta Lintupari pinssistä.Joka päivä se saa minut iloiselle mielelle.Niin kuin Manteli postikin.

Joo, ei siinä kovin monta kotikuvaa ole, mut ne muutamat on tosi hienoja! Lattia etenkin. Muutenki hieno kirja. Kirjakaupassa tosi kallis.
Mäkin haluaisin flow'hun piitkästä aikaa. Pitäis saada sekin raha jostain.

The book is called 20+12 design stories from Helsinki. It's a book made to celebrate the design capital year 2012. Now that I have it, I'm not sure if I had to own it, but it's a very nice book to look at. Helsinki is great!
My weekend is correcting, proof reading, work work work! happy weekend to you!
