the snow is gone again, so i guess this is how it looks like in Manteli too, like before christmas. Y went there just for today. we made food and had ice-cream and i told the same story very many times. this time it was about a drawing in the newspaper. V's favorite story is how we were in a children's store with M and Santa Claus came in and V was wondering what kind of old guy is that and she was scared but Santa Claus was very friendly and gave us chocolate. i have to tell it, she "doesn't remember" it herself. after that she says "tell it again!" well, anyway, now she's asleep behind her new curtain. i hope it helps her fall asleep.
Manteli situation shouldn't be as bad as it looks. my mum found us a nice plumber, who promised to do the work in one day. Y said he wasn't questioning our selection of old taps at all. and he was interested in the eco-wc too. it seems to be quite rare that professional guys have any feelings for ecological ideas. a nice book from the library, "The Good House Book - A Common-Sense Guide to Alternative Building". inspiring book. solar power would be so great! but where is the sun in this country...
