For almost all of the 4 hours that the kids' yard party was supposed to happen, it was raining. But it didn't matter! There were people, kids we didn't know or hadn't invited personally. Who knows how many people would've shown up if the weather had been sunny? In the morning I felt ready to give up, thinking there just aren't people for this kind of event in this area. But it all turned out very well and we had some sparkling wine afterwards. We are just 4 ladies but we can make it happen. 2 of us are already grandmothers!
It is so nice to be out in the rain, I don't hang out in the rain very much.

Juteltiin just eilen työystävän kanssa että sade on vaan sade ja kaikki muut on yhtä tärkeää tai vähemmän tärkeää kuten sekin...sade voi jopa parantaa tunnelmaa tai antaa sille odottamattoman kauniin sävyn :)

jee,kivalta näyttää! Tämän vuoden kukka/aurinkojuhla näyttää olevan juuri samana päivänä,kuin jokseenkin kokokesän ainoa sovittu meno,harmittaa. Onneksi tytär ei vielä osaa odottaa.

Inger Marie, you could very easily make an event like this almost anywhere. In a way it's more fun to make an event than just play on your own yard. Of course if you have a yard where to collect material it makes it easier, but we also got left over flowers from a flower shop!
