more than this

window series. the two photos on top are from this morning. there was a crazy mist, that dissolved little by little. the field was steaming. (i'm really uncertain with my choice of english words here...) it was beautiful. it's good to get up at 7!
i just finished one translation that was late from deadline. my mum and aunt are with V. i still didn't do anything about the daycare issue, this is not the best solution. my mum should enjoy her half-retirement and come see us when she feels like it.

big improvement in our life: a new record-player and amplifier! music! our daughter has expressed a liking to "hard" music. i played Ekkehard Ehlers in the morning and she said it's not music, too quiet. i guess the finnish word "kova" means hard and loud too. after breakfast we danced to one whole side of Le Tigre and got warm (it's been quite chilly lately). the "harder" it got, the happier she was. my girl! we also got our evening dancing tradition back - it's very functional too now that it's cold.

How beautiful, nature just provides endless fascination, never the same, and isn't it good to be somewhere where you can relax and appreciate it. We love a good dance around here too. It's bliss for a child to boogie like crazy with their parents. We have decided to move back to Western Australia, which is where we grew up. It's very quiet and beautiful with the world's best beaches. (A very long way from here so it hasn't been an easy decision.)We want to live in the south west in the bush where the trees are enormous, the sun is bright and the air is clean. Happy baking in your new oven! Hooray!!!!

Dancing, rain and mist. How poetic!

Very mystical, the steaming field. What a lyrical set of photographs, just like that, just outside... Shaking and hopping is good fun, for every-one eh.

i love all kinds of loose series, so this will continue. now the field is getting green little by little.

it's so exciting that you can look out of a window every day and think you know the view, but it's different every time! And it has such an influence on how you feel and what you do.

Dance, for example :)
