V is finding things in the pockets and she has two picture calendars. The other one she is for some reason keeping behind a curtain. She has become more demanding -"just a hair-band!"- but she's also happy about about every little thing and every picture.
We baked christmas cookies yesterday, decorated them today and got surprise guests today - how perfect is that! Good things happen. Cleaning makes you happy. Wall-papering makes you happy. A new reading light makes you happy. Hmm. And knitting, I have about 5 projects.

what a BEAUTIFUL little boy! and he is in in very good hands ( we say so in german, not so sure if this expression is used in english...).
we experienced the "demanding" phase with the advent calendar as well, this year she is happy and thankful with whatever is given to her, it always changes.

v can be like disappointed first but happy right after when she tells dad. the wonderful fox arrived in the mail and she said she would've preferred a barbie!! now she loves the fox of course.

hanna, no i don't have a pattern but it seems easy to explain, i will draw/write it down for you, oh that reminds me of the other promise i made, i am always very quick with offering and very slow with getting the promised done...such a bad habit.
is she still a 110? shoesize? ( i hope my "size"mastermind still works) i am clearing out our wardrobe since weeks, always get distracted, but already started a "V"pile.
and good you're in a knitting fever, cause the last rows of the poncho were very, very long!

V was 111cm when she was measured the last time. her shoes are size 29-31. in average 30 right now. a V pile. feels crazy and wonderful. do you think we'll meet in berlin?
