What a great day! I can hardly believe it's the same day.
In the morning we had a meeting of the art association and made plans for a new event in October. We met at M's house and V came along to play with her 5-year-old daughter. The girls get along great, and I like the mother. We shook hands on meeting more often from now on. Oh it was a good sitting down after the planning business.

Then we came home to meet our friend V and her girls. They wanted to go mushrooming after we had mushrooms (Y and V picked the day before) for lunch. And we went, I did too, I usually stay behind to work when the others go. It was a long trip and the two 5-year-olds and two babies were so brave! Now we have shitloads of mushrooms and lots of fresh air in our lungs. I'm not too keen on eating mushrooms though. We met many horses too. And a frog. And a big puppy.

When we finally got back home V got fever. Hoping it goes away overnight and we can go lingonberry hunting tomorrow. It's so nice to have people over, nice people who make your home feel cosy.

Marie, thanks, mushrooms on toast sounds great!

Irene, I just wish I loved to eat mushrooms more...

Magda, we're having a re-try of children's party. It's about crafting with nature stuff, and we were going to do at the beach. That day it rained and there was such a thunder we had to cancel. And now we're making it indoors, quite different.

Yanyan, they are called herkkutatti in finnish.

Hello Jasmin! Nice to meet you.
